I got to spend much of this weekend at the @maggievalleyflyfishingfestival. Clearly, I need to be more disciplined about taking pictures of things OTHER than fish, but I assure you, there was an overwhelming abundance of excellent people and vibes at the show this weekend. Got to spend a lot of quality time in the company of the ever-excellent @knoxgirlswhoflyfish and @lets_trade_flies. In a couple weeks, I'll get another shot at improving my photography at the @tellico_trout_festival on June 12th-13th.

My organizational skills are usually pretty terrible, but I take Marie Kondo to school when my ADHD kicks into hyperfixation mode. Cue the 80s chore montage; I've got a festival to get ready for! (a fly festival for which to get ready?)

Playing with DIY floatants today. After my gink leaking and fumbling the top to my fly dip container, I decided to see if I can't make something better. I'm hoping this first test will stay solid enough in high heat. If it works, then DIY fly dip is next.
